75 Buildings in West Jakarta Potentially Become Cultural Heritage

West Jakarta Tourism and Culture Sub-dept., has recorded 75 buildings that could potentially become a cultural heritage.

The building has been reported to be reviewed and researched by the team of cultural heritage experts

Linda Enriany, Head of West Jakarta Tourism and Culture Sub-dept. said those buildings have been reported to Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. One of them is at SMPN 22 Pinangsia Complex.

Cultural Heritage Experts Involved to Revitalize TPI Building

"The building has been reported to be reviewed and researched by the team of cultural heritage experts," she expressed, Monday (11/20).

Aside that, she continued, Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. also reviewed and investigated the possibility of cultural preservation on the second phase of MRT development with route HI Roundabout-Kampung Bandan.

"We're also likely to involve a team of cultural heritage experts and archaeologists at the excavation of a second phase MRT project tunnel passing through the Kota Tua area," he closed.
